  • Constant communication is maintained to address any feedback.

  • Once any problem or complaint is addressed, necessary steps are taken to resolve it.

  • Customer feedback is evaluated to help improve future projects.

2. Marketing and Promotion

  • The marketing team develops marketing strategies to promote existing structures to the target audience.

  • Marketing material is prepared by emphasizing the features and advantages of the buildings.

  • The target audience is reached through websites, advertising campaigns and other marketing channels.

5. Agreement and Contract

  • The customer decides to purchase a building and a sales contract is prepared.

  • Contract terms and payment schedule are determined.

  • When the contract is signed, the structure is transferred to the customer.

  • Market research is conducted for new projects and the portfolio is expanded.

  • Business development activities are carried out and marketing strategies are updated to reach potential customers.

3. Customer Relations and First Contact

  • Interested customers contact the company.

  • Customer demands and needs are determined.

  • A site survey is carried out for the structures they want to view.

  • The keys to the building are delivered.

  • The customer receives the necessary information for the maintenance and operation of the building.

  • The moving process is guided and supported.

9. Sustainability and Maintenance

  • Energy efficiency and environmental impact reduction measures are taken taking into account the sustainability of the marketed buildings.

  • Maintenance and repair requirements are determined and presented to customers.
